Wedding photographer in Switzerland // Debi & Florian, Boho inspired wedding in Rümlang and Kartause Ittingen

I love how being a wedding photographer in Switzerland helps me to discover new people and new places! Debi and Florian's wedding was exactly the case. I met Deborah at her home, while she and her bridesmaids were getting ready. It was the second time I was photographing a bride who was taken care by hair & makeup artist Melanie Volkart, I really love Melanie's work. And I fell in love with Debi's wedding dress, so soft and delicate with effortless, carefree look. Beautifully paired with the red flower crown accented with baby's breath and crisp greenery made her a perfect bohemian bride. After a classic church ceremony, that was conducted by their friend, there was an outdoor Apéro in the church garden decorated with lovely rustic details. Guests were served with Swiss and Chinese food and ice-cream. After lots of funny games and competitions, the bride and groom left the party in their cute wedding car, red vintage Fiat 500, to Husemersee for the couple portraits. Our final point of destination was Kartause Ittingen, and I could not believe how beautiful the place was. It's a former Carthusian order monastery in Canton Thurgau, Switzerland, that was founded almost nine hundred years ago, and now it can be used as an ideal wedding venue.
